156 cm, 48 kg About two years ago, I had breast fat grafting, and three weeks ago I had surgery with Matek 300. I still need to watch the progress more, but compared with fat grafting, it definitely gets bigger in one go, so since the result? is clearly visible, the satisfaction is high/ When I had a consultation for fat grafting, they said that because I had so little breast volume to begin with (AA cup), even with fat grafting, filling out an A cup would be about the limit. Still, back then I really hated implants themselves and wanted it to look natural and unnoticeable, so I just went ahead with it. But after the first round, even an A cup was still loose. Once the swelling went down, it was almost back to the original state? I felt like even a second round wouldn’t solve it, so I didn’t do the second round and, after much thought, got implants. In the end, if I was going to get implants anyway, I wonder why I put in fat money, time, and pain too.. If you want to do it as a very slight enhancement, I recommend breast fat grafting~ If you have a lot of fat, have a good engraftment rate, and do up to three rounds, maybe it could be different... but if you want to get a satisfying result in one go, I recommend implants~~ As someone who has experienced both fat grafting and implant surgery, I just wrote down my thoughts
