First of all, I think it would be good if the director has excellent aesthetic sense. I feel like there are limits to a doctor succeeding in surgery with medical knowledge alone... If anyone has naturally and successfully lowered sausage double eyelids, or knows cases like that, please tell me I’m basically a plastic surgery expert too and there’s no cosmetic procedure I haven’t tried, so I’ll share what I know in the comments.
