As he’s gotten older, it’s gradually gotten worse and now it’s bulging out like that. I’m trying to get my dad surgery before the wedding, but at that level, would under-eye fat repositioning not be enough and would he definitely need lower blepharoplasty?? We live in the provinces, so it’s hard to make consultation appointments and get surgery done the same day. On the phone, they don’t really do consultations properly either.. Would it be okay to just skip under-eye fat repositioning and look into lower blepharoplasty only?
예뻐지zr Yeah, if you only do under-eye fat repositioning, the skin will wrinkle and it won’t work. Since it’s already so bulging, lower blepharoplasty seems necessary.

Rather than just removing the fat, wouldn't it be more effective to improve the sagging at the same time with lower blepharoplasty? When my mom went for a lower blepharoplasty consultation, the hospital said that because middle-aged people also have sagging, it is better to do lower blepharoplasty, so I had my mom get surgery at LZJ, and my mom absolutely loves it.
