Revision surgery for a man's thick nose

It's been 9 years since I had silicone, ear cartilage, and hump osteotomy.. I have a thick nose, and the tip is a little higher like a woman's nose. The bridge and tip feel like they're working independently in a complicated way, so I'm thinking about revision surgery. If I lower the tip more here, will the thick-nose feeling get worse...? If I raise the tip, I think the nasolabial angle will get higher, but I don't want it to be higher than it is now. I'd appreciate a clear answer from the experts.

P.S. If anyone has info about people who had nose surgery from the doctors at ㅈㅇㅅ or ㅂㄹㅇ ㅇㅈㅎ, please let me know. If possible, I want to have surgery as soon as I can, before December... Otherwise, I've got consultations booked with Trend and 101, but should I just get the consultation in two weeks and then decide on surgery?
