No matter how intensely I did contouring, it did not look pretty, and my mouth looked protruded too.. So I decided to have revision rhinoplasty, and it has been about 7 months since I had surgery with donated costal cartilage at a plastic surgery clinic. It feels like I have become almost a new person. Now that the surgery was successful, I finally understand why people say the nose is the center of the face .. It really changes the impression completely. As my nose became higher, the protruding-mouth look improved too, you know? Before, I somehow looked spiteful, but that completely disappeared. Honestly, I thought donated costal cartilage would look unnatural, but it is more natural than I expected, and people around me also say it turned out well. Now I am so happy that I do not have to pretend I have a nose with contouring anymore, and I am taking lots of photos from side angles too. In the past, I only took selfies and spent 30 minutes editing them, but now I enjoy photos taken by other people more.
