My nasal bridge was also so low it was almost nonexistent, so since I was young I lived thinking, I’m definitely going to get nose surgery someday! haha I had some money saved and had enough free time, so at first I looked through tons of reviews about male nose surgery on plastic surgery apps. In particular, before-and-after photos in reviews were important, but I think I focused more on whether the pre-op nose was similar to mine, whether the skin was thick, and whether the columella? area was hidden like mine... But then I saw a review from someone with a nose similar to mine whose nose had been corrected into exactly the shape I wanted, and that case had been operated on by Director Kim Hyun-joo. So I booked a consultation at RU Plastic Surgery and visited. The consultant was very pretty (I saw people say that’s important here haha), and for me, since it was my first time having plastic surgery, she carefully explained things I might not know at my level haha. The director was also kind, and the explanation that there were limitations because my skin is thick actually felt honest to me, so I think it made me more drawn to them. I went to a total of 3 clinics, and some places said a very dramatic improvement was possible and that there were no difficult parts at all, but somehow that felt uneasy... It hasn’t been long since my surgery, so I understand that my nasal bridge and nasal tip are still very swollen. Thinking that it will become more natural and defined than now, I feel like I chose the clinic well... If there are men considering nose surgery, I think Director Kim Hyun-joo at RU is good! Especially if you’re considering autologous costal cartilage, you should definitely go even more!
