It’s been a while, and since I’m now 1 year post-op, I’m writing a breast surgery review. About 1 year ago,,, the Mentor Boost implants I had put in my breasts were truly brand-new implants.. Back then, there weren’t many breast surgery reviews with Mentor Boost. I trusted the doctor and chose Mentor Boost for my surgery. The doctor who performed my surgery was Director Yang Eun-jin at Nana Plastic Surgery. She was a doctor I had been watching for about 3 years? and I decided to have surgery, so I don’t think I had any regrets about choosing the implant.
[Pre-op specs] *Height 165, rib cage 80 (on the wider side) *Short distance between nipple and inframammary fold *No upper breast + lower breast volume (literally none at all) *Tight skin (doesn’t stretch well) *Born muscular (tons of chest muscle / 3 clinics said I was naturally muscular lol)
[Surgical method] *Mentor Boost, right 375cc and left 355cc were inserted, and it was done with an inframammary fold incision using the dual-plane method.

Post-op photos are at 6 months, 8 months, and 12 months. Honestly, I don’t think there was anything particularly uncomfortable after surgery. Ah, if I had to say something, my nipple sensation became sensitive…? But even before surgery, touching my nipples felt unpleasant, and after surgery it felt even worse, maybe because they became more sensitive Other than that, I don’t think there was anything.
From 6 months onward, my breasts became really much more natural. Before surgery, my inframammary fold was short, so I had an inframammary fold incision, but the lower breast gradually dropped and covered the incision line a lot. The feel became very, very soft, and even when I run, they move up and down They’re natural, and lying on my side or face down is totally possible. My cleavage also became much closer even without a bra, so it gathers well with a bra!
Isn’t the shape at 12 months after breast surgery probably the final shape? Director Yang saw me at my 1-year follow-up, and said the implants had settled beautifully. When I had a breast ultrasound with the breast checkup doctor, she also said the capsule had formed nicely and told me to keep managing them well while getting regular checkups! (It’s a secret that she asked if I work out and said I have a lot of muscle)
I tried taking a photo of what the inframammary fold incision scar looks like, and holy~~~ isn’t it so clean? I have to lift them up () for the scar to show. But it’s hidden by the inframammary fold, so you can’t see it from the front! Really…. Director Yang at NN, thank you so much.
I had been thinking about breast surgery since 2020, and finally made the big decision to do it. When you think about it, they say surgery results really vary from person to person I’ve written this breast surgery review, and because the result of the surgery I thought about for so long was successful, I’m so happy, relieved, and touched.
