I'm leaving a review one month after getting arm liposuction at DoctorFit (to be exact, day 26)!! When I originally thought of liposuction, it felt so dangerous, and I thought it would be a surgery that had nothing to do with me for my whole life.. So I didn't really think much about surgery... I had always worked out and dieted hard, but even when I shot a body profile, I still had upper-arm fat, so I thought, should I look into arm liposuction?? I went for consultations during the year-end/New Year holiday and did a lot of research, then found out about DoctorFit, and I really felt that they would remove fat naturally and within safe limits, so I booked the surgery and got it done!! I'll leave the review I wrote on day 1 below, so please refer to it! First, I wore the compression garment consistently until week 2, and at first it was a bit uncomfortable because of the swelling, but from week 3 it fit well without being too tight, so even now I wear it during the day (I take it off when I have an important schedule) and sleep without it at night!! I bruise easily, so I had some bruising until week 2, but after getting the stitches removed on day 10, the bruises went down quickly, and now they're almost gone!! I had almost no pain from right after surgery, and now I can just stretch my arms upward with no pain at all haha I was 162 cm and 57 kg, and for the whole arms (it probably included accessory breast tissue and the scapular area too), they removed 1100 cc. Now I'm also watching my diet a bit (not extremely strictly), and I've gone down to about 54.5 kg! I'm planning to lose to around 51 kg and maintain it haha First of all... it hurt much less than I expected, and even though there should still be swelling now, the line is pretty, and there is almost no unevenness, so I'm very satisfied..ㅜㅜ If I had known it would be like this, I should have gotten surgery earlier when I was younger instead of PT lololol Since my arms turned out so well, I'm getting interested in thighs and abdomen too.. But first I'll diet more, and if I'm still a bit dissatisfied then, I'll try it!! Anyway, it's a surgery that can have quite a few side effects, but I think DoctorFit is a place where you can get surgery without much worry because they remove fat beautifully within safe limits!! I don't have proper before photos, so for now I only included a photo of myself wearing the compression garment now. Even my mom, who at first asked why I was getting surgery, says I did really well, and my arm area has become so delicate-lookingㅜㅜㅜ If I find before photos later, I'll attach them together :) Happy New Year, everyone~@!!! Below is the post I wrote on day 1, copied and pasted here haha --------------------------------------------------------------------- It's been one day since I had full-arm liposuction at DoctorFit!! I also lurked a lot in a community before surgery, so I thought it might help, and since it doesn't hurt at all and is manageable, I'm leaving a review haha <Liposuction consultation> Actually, I got facial liposuction on 12/24, and after that, since I couldn't exercise for a while anyway, I thought, let's get liposuction on all the areas I'm concerned about and diet properly!! So I started looking into body liposuction.. haha While searching through a community, I found DoctorFit, and the keywords -a specialized solo director from 365mc- and -safety-oriented- matched the direction I wanted for body liposuction, so I made a consultation reservation and had the consultation on 12/28!! When I first went, I changed clothes, got an InBody measurement, and without a consultation with the consultant, the director immediately did an ultrasound and consulted with me in great detail.. It felt like I consulted with the director alone for almost 30-40 minutes? They explained what the fat circumference would be like, what kind of line it would become after surgery... and spoke realistically while comprehensively considering skin elasticity, fat distribution, and muscle distribution!! I have a fair amount of muscle, so they said it wouldn't be a bone-thin arm, but rather a healthy line without extra fat, and actually that was exactly the look I wanted!! (I also usually work out hard) So I liked it even more..! And I had seen on YouTube that most side effects like adhesion and dents come from excessive "over-suction," so what the director said felt trustworthy to me and fit well with my values! But still, I didn't want to go to only one place, so I also visited a place called GoSlim Clinic for a consultation!! It had good ratings in the community too, and the director had a long career!! It wasn't bad, but DoctorFit's consultation was better for me, and something about it drew me in haha The price was also a bit cheaper!! So I decided on DoctorFit! <Profile and cost before liposuction> I'm 162 cm, 56-57 kg, and have a style with a lot of muscle mass, but I had a lot of fat on my arms haha My circumference came out to 31-32, so I paid an additional fee and proceededㅜㅜ (total cost 2.4 million won) Still, compared with other hospitals, I don't think the price was extremely expensive!! <Day of surgery - yesterday (1/3)> My surgery was in the afternoon yesterday, and I got full-arm liposuction (whole arms + accessory breast tissue + scapular area + armpits?) haha It was scheduled for 2 p.m., but the surgery before mine was delayed, so it started at 4, and when I opened my eyes and came to my senses, it was almost 7...!! At first, I went, changed clothes, took photos, weighed myself, and had one more consultation with the director! Looking at the photos, they designed the area and explained the instructions and possible side effects after surgery one by one very thoroughly, so the consultation took almost 30 minutes!! After that, they inserted an injection in my foot... (this hurt the most.......) Then I went into the operating room!! After that, I took off the gown, they applied lots of red disinfectant all over my bare body, and I lay face down on the operating table!! But this was really cold... haha Then the sleep anesthesia medication went in... and when I woke up, the surgery was over and I was lying in the recovery room wearing the compression garment... haha I had no pain at all, and after coming home, I ate, took medicine, and slept haha There was a slightly stiff feeling, and I couldn't move completely comfortably, so there was just a tiny bit of inconvenience in daily life, like tying my hair or brushing my teeth haha Because it was hard to raise my arms up to 90 degrees!! So I think going to work right the next day would be a bit hard!! But instead, there is really no pain so far!! I'll come back with a week 1 review next time haha They said the stitches are removed after 2 weeks?? I still haven't taken off the compression garment, so I'm a bit at a loss about how to take it off and disinfect!! After doing my arms, I'm starting to think, should I try just up to the thighs...? But for now, I'll lose some weight this time, and if I think I need line refinement, I'll get thigh liposuction next winter1! I hope this helps everyone, and if you have any good liposuction aftercare tips, please share!! Let's all become prettier happily!!!!
