My first surgery was done only cosmetically, without improving my rhinitis, and afterward my rhinitis + sinusitis got worse, so I ended up having a separate rhinitis surgery. I don’t know if something went wrong there or if my nose became weaker, but the nasal tip dropped and made my nose look long. The silicone implant I had before also became crooked, making the asymmetry look worse, and the fact that both sides of my nose looked different was so stressful.... The height wasn’t even high, but my nose looked long, and the silicone used didn’t fit my nose well and was crooked, so I didn’t like it and decided to have revision surgery For the surgery, I mainly looked into single-doctor clinics, and maybe because it was definitely a one-doctor clinic, the hospital atmosphere was calm, and there was no pressure at all during the consultation, which I think was nice. Rather than an excessive surgery, they recommended a surgery that reused the existing materials as much as possible, so it felt less burdensome. When using silicone, they used a custom implant, and because it is made to fit my nasal bone, they said it can help prevent displacement or visibility through the skin. That was the part I liked the most, so I decided on it! I’m so satisfied because the shape came out exactly as discussed before surgery, and I hope the swelling goes down quickly so it looks even prettier!! hehe The photos are from week 1, and now it has been 2 weeks hehe The revision surgery was at Avec Plastic Surgery, and I had it done by Director Park Sung-woo!
