I decided to have surgery because it was inconvenient that the fixation pins showed when I had X-rays taken at the dentist, and because I couldn’t properly receive radiofrequency laser treatment due to the fixation pins. Before consulting at Arc Plastic Surgery, I had also visited one other hospital, but they only said it absolutely couldn’t be done, so I had almost given up. Then I consulted with Director Kwon Soon-beom at Arc Plastic Surgery, and he accurately checked the condition of my bones and even told me that a pin was broken, which the other hospital hadn’t mentioned at all. So I became convinced I should do it at Arc and went ahead. The consultant and all the other staff were very kind, so that was really nice. Maybe because I made the consultation appointment around Christmas and visited then, it felt more like a cafe than a hospital, so it actually felt cleaner and more comfortable! Should I say the atmosphere was really pretty! As they told me, the major swelling all went down within 1 week, and after a week it’s almost unnoticeable!
