Hello! It’s now been a little over one month since I had breast augmentation surgery haha. I’m feeling happy every single day. What I cared about most when getting breast surgery was the feel, so I chose an Extra option from Mentor, a company known for good tactile feel!!
I didn’t really like the idea of having scars on the breast area, so I chose the transaxillary approach, and Director Kim Su-jeong at a plastic surgery clinic performed the surgery for me. Since she was a female director, I feel like she made them even more meticulously and beautifully. Because small breasts had been my concern, I wanted my breast size to be large too. Since I was always worried about them being small, I wanted them to become big enough that I’d feel like being large was the concern instead lololol.
The director said my breasts naturally tend to sit close together, so if implants that are too large were inserted, they could end up joining together. But she said she would try to place them at the prettiest size that would be as large as possible without joining later, and make them the most beautiful size, so I trusted her and left it to her!
Right after surgery, I felt like I didn’t have much sensation, and since I was wrapped in bandages, they felt very heavy, like huge stones. As time passed, around week 2, I felt a lot of tingling sensations, and the swelling went down a lot. Now that I’m around one month post-op, much more sensation has returned compared to immediately after surgery, but I think sensation in my nipples and under my breasts has only come back about 70%. Light walks are definitely possible now, but I still can’t do upper-body exercise. I’ve recovered enough that I can raise my arms and do everyday activities!
Even without a bra, the volume holds up, so when I wear a thin knit top or slim-fitting clothes, I can clearly feel that my silhouette has changed. Now I’m not wearing a corrective bra anymore and I wear a sports bra, and it’s really comfortable and seems to support my breasts well. Compared with before surgery, they’ve gotten so much bigger, and my current size is around a 75E cup haha..!! Before surgery I was an A cup.. I’m really proud of how many cup sizes I went up haha.
The same amount, 415 cc, was inserted on both sides, and I’m 156 cm / 44 kg. It’s a size that could look big on my body, but I’m very satisfied, and my friends around me say I used to have a baby-like body but now it changed into an adult body lolol, and that I look sexy. My waistline also looks more defined, and my confidence has gone up so much, so I really think I did well getting the surgery!
