Nose Surgery Reviews

I had surgery for a hooked, short nose using costal cartilage, and succeeded on the first try...

If you look at my before nose photos, you’ll see it right away.. A short nose with a hooked bridge sticking out The hooked bridge was a problem, but my nasal tip was also on the low side, so I really wanted a nose that extended straight like celebrities’ noses. I had been really stressed about my nose since I was a student, and I really wanted surgery, but I heard it wasn’t good to get nose surgery when you’re too young, so I saved money diligently and waited for the right time! During that time, more friends around me started getting nose surgery, and after listening to them, they kept telling me to definitely look into surgery without implants. I heard that a lot, because quite a few friends had silicone inserted and then ended up getting revision surgery! So when I was looking into clinics, I checked out places that were good at non-implant surgery and also read quite a lot of reviews for short nose surgery, then chose clinics for consultations. I chose them after looking at reviews, but when I went for consultations, there were also directors who said that since it was my first surgery, I should use silicone. But I already knew my friends’ cases too well, so I think I was actually drawn to Director Jung Yeon-ik at DI, who firmly recommended non-implant surgery! He said I would probably need cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip, and that was something I had been thinking about too, so I said okay Since this was my first nose surgery, I was worried about what if they recommended this and that and overtreated me, but there was none of that at all. They also contacted me quickly after surgery, which I had been worried about! It’s been three months? since the surgery, and I definitely agree when people say the nose becomes more natural and prettier as the minor swelling goes down. Honestly, even around one month after surgery, I was happy because I had a nasal tip I never had before, but as time passed, the minor swelling went down and the nasal bridge itself started changing into a smooth-looking shape, so it was fascinating. During recovery, the cotton packing and splint were hard, but in the end, I’m satisfied with the result, so I think I’ll go around recommending nose surgery

This review is a surgery review that pursues a natural-looking result.
