I spent a lot of time searching online at more than 10 places, and after narrowing it down I went around in person, so I'll leave my hands-on review here. First of all, my nose bridge is on the high side and I have only a very slight hump, so I looked into no-implant surgery (this was my first surgery!). The nose I wanted was not to resemble some celebrity, but to improve the parts I felt were lacking, such as the tip drooping slightly, so I looked mainly at clinics that said they would do the surgery naturally! I also found even a mildly glamorous line too 부담스러워, so I looked only for a natural line haha
1. First clinic Location: Gangnam Station Doctor: Assigned a director famous for noses Before-and-after photos: They showed me cases similar to my nose CT scan: O Consultation fee: 10,000 won Consultation order: Coordinator > Director > Coordinator CCTV provided: O (up to one month) Aftercare: IV fluids, swelling laser AS: Available up to 1 year, inflammation and contracture for life Review discount: O (discounted to 385) - From the CT images, they said I had enough septal cartilage, so they would use the septum for the nose support structure - They recommended a thin silicone implant for the bridge.. If I chose no-implant, they would place Megaderm on the nasal cartilage and only shave the hump a little - They kept recommending silicone, and when I said I wanted no implant, they said it was possible, but that it probably wouldn't change much. They said silicone was needed for a more defined contour from the front! - Nasal tip: nasal cartilage - Columella area: septal cartilage + nasal cartilage - They did not recommend alar reduction - The coordinator was really kind, and the director felt a little indifferent and tired? haha The consultation wait wasn't long, and I think I only talked with the director for about 10 minutes The price dropped a lot because I agreed to post a review, and they discounted a lot of things - The price was okay, and I liked the aftercare and the line, but they kept recommending silicone, and even for a no-implant approach, using dermis was not the surgical method I wanted, so I passed! After this hospital, I went to three more places, and all of them said my nose was already too high and that silicone should not be used. But the other clinics said I should have osteotomy instead, so I can understand that. Here it felt like they wanted to make the nose look slimmer by using silicone rather than osteotomy! In the end, I passed because it wasn't the surgery method I wanted.

Second clinic Location: Sinsa Station Doctor: Assigned a director famous for noses Before-and-after photos: They didn't show any CT scan: X Consultation fee: None Consultation order: Director > Coordinator CCTV provided: Didn't ask... Aftercare: Didn't ask... AS: Didn't ask... Review discount: O (discounted to 400) - There were a lot of 'didn't ask' items because I went there since they said they do things naturally... but while waiting, the review photos I saw were more glamorous than I expected by my standards. I like a slightly rounded nose tip, but here it felt a bit pointy? And it was the clinic where a YouTuber I thought had a very pretty, glamorous nose surgery had theirs done! The review photos were all pretty, but they were too different from what I was aiming for, so while waiting I started to feel a little detached from it... Still, the consultation itself was really good and very helpful! - Here, without a CT scan, the director explained things by drawing them out. Even though they do glamorous surgeries, they explained things in a very safety-first way to me, which I liked haha Because they told me not to have surgery.. At this clinic too, they said even if I had surgery, it wouldn't really change much, and because my nostrils are small, the tip couldn't be raised very much. They said the same thing as the first clinic!! - They said they didn't want to touch it, but if I were to do it, I should only alter it very slightly. They said if I still wanted it after hearing that, they would explain the surgical method, so I asked to hear it for now haha - They said the area between the eyes is already fairly high and the bridge height is sufficient, so silicone isn't needed - The nostrils are thick, but they said there isn't a surgery that reduces nostril thickness. This was also mentioned at the first clinic! So here too they said alar reduction can't be done - The nostrils are small, and because of their shape, it's impossible to raise the tip much. If raised too much, it would look like an outlet plug.. - They recommended osteotomy + hump shaving for the bridge, and said they wouldn't add anything else - For the tip, they said they would use ear cartilage + septal cartilage or donor rib cartilage (it can only be confirmed by opening the nose during surgery) - They said the small step that appears when raising the tip would be filled in by bringing over enough tip fat - At the first clinic they said my nose was crooked, but here they didn't mention it - The director was really kind and cheerful, which I liked, and the coordinator didn't feel very kind..? Not rude, but the first clinic's coordinator was so kind that it felt comparative haha! There was almost no wait, and I think I talked with the director for about 15 minutes. The coordinator only told me the price after the director's consultation ended - In the end, I passed this clinic too because, in my 기준, it was too glamorous, and as a first surgery, the possibility of using rib cartilage was not the surgical method I wanted!! If septal cartilage is used, there could be a saddle nose, and they did say tip sagging could happen, but I didn't want to use rib cartilage if I didn't have to... They could use only septal cartilage, but I didn't want to create an uncertain situation, so I passed
