<Before surgery><After surgery>It wasn’t an extremely severe bulbous nose or an ugly nose, but my nostrils were too wide and looked spread out, so I got alar base reduction at a clinic. Pretty successful! v_v I really like how it turned out naturally without any implant. Especially.. not having to contour as much when doing makeup.. And when I take photos, my nose looks clearly defined It’s been 4 months since the surgery, and the incision scars are barely visible.
