It’s already almost been 10 years since I had double eyelid surgery. I did it at a local place near my house, and back then it was right after I graduated high school, so I went without any information, but the result was fairly not bad. I just had monolids, and with incision surgery I got a defined double eyelid line. Also, because when I get a wound it doesn’t heal well, at first the swollen sausage-like look lasted longer for me than for others.. (I think it took about 1 year) I thought a lot about revision surgery too, but in the end, somehow it dragged on and 10 years passed.. It settled, so now it looks almost natural. Still, if I were to do it again, I wouldn’t do it this impulsively.. because the left and right double eyelid lines are not the same.. Still, compared with my small eyes before doing it, they became more defined and bigger, so I’m just living with it..
