I think I just need to keep doing warm/cold compresses and taking walks diligently from now on Week 2 = Since it was a full incision, I expected the swelling to be severe and last a long time, but I don’t think it’s as bad as I thought. I haven’t been doing warm compresses often, so there is still bruising, but it has definitely become lighter than last week Week 3 = I think most of the major swelling has gone down now. The bruising was still pretty dark until last week, but it has faded a lot Week 4 = The bruising is almost completely gone, and I think the swelling has almost gone down too. There is so little swelling compared with what I expected that even people around me are surprised haha Week 5 = It has become very, very natural, and I think the line came out exactly as planned during the consultation
