Leaving a breast surgery review from a woman with a small-breast complex!!

My breasts were just little slopes that ants could pass over, so I actually worried even more, but I think my breast surgery turned out even better than expected, so I’m posting a real review that I paid for myself! lol First of all, I’m so satisfied right now ! lol I’d heard that if you don’t have any natural tissue, breast surgery looks too obvious, so I agonized a lot over getting surgery ;; There’s “small,” and then there’s really nothing ㅠㅠ When I wear underwear, my breasts gather to some degree, but when I’m not wearing underwear or anything at all, there’s basically nothing to touch ㅠㅠ The cost came from money I earned by really saving up blood, sweat, and tears, so too high a price would have been a burden, and that’s why I focused hard on researching clinics, you know? -Is the cost reasonable? -Is the aftercare period generous? -Can I choose the size I want? -Do they avoid pressuring me into a specific implant? There were a few more, but I went to several places based mainly on these points, and I ended up having surgery at one of them. They checked many things like nipple position, breast pocket, rib cage, etc., and I liked that they reflected my opinions a lot regarding size and incision site! What I liked most was the cost! Honestly, implant prices are probably similar, but something too expensive felt burdensome ㅠㅠ They recommended those parts well too, and it was such a good fit that I think that’s why I decided to go through with surgery lol <~From surgery day to now> Surgery day~1 week: It was painless, but the swelling and foreign-body sensation made this the most uncomfortable period. Because of the swelling, the implants also felt heavy, and the pressure from the compression bra was intense..ㅠㅠ 1 week~now: After switching to V-fit, it became much more comfortable, and since it supports the lower part of the breasts, during daily life I don’t feel a foreign-body sensation, which is nice 1. Feel : The feel has softened a lot, to the point that I can feel my breasts bouncing when going down stairs or running! But sometimes I feel like they’re firm, and then suddenly at some point they soften again, and that keeps repeating! The feel I want is completely soft and squishy, but they said it takes at least over a year for the feel to improve to that level, so I’m going to take it easy! 2. Shape : It’s a natural round, plump shape where the implant edges don’t show, and as the tightness has eased, the size also looks a bit bigger than at first, so I’m very happy with it 3. Size : Visually it doesn’t feel that big, but I wear a 75D bra. When I just wear clothes, it just feels like I have some breasts, but when I wear tight clothes or a crop top, the look is definitely different lol ! 4. Sleeping: I got permission to sleep on my side, so I do lie down, use my phone, and sleep freely, but if I lie on my side for a long time, it feels somewhat uncomfortable, so I change positions lol 5. Sensation: They say there are many people whose sensation doesn’t return even after 6 months, but I think mine has come back a lot. The nipple sensitivity has also gone away.. During my period it is a bit sensitive, but that’s because of hormones.... Starting next month, I’ll probably be able to wear wireless bras regardless of brand, and I’m so happy thinking about buying pretty underwear lol
