The nasal bridge is okay, and even now, almost 4 years after surgery, I don't seem to have any major side effects (inflammation, contracture), but I dislike the nasal tip so much that I'm planning to have revision surgery again. For me, having a long and blunt nasal tip was such a huge complex, so I clearly said that more than the nasal bridge, making the nasal tip shorter and sharper was my top priority. But he completely ignored what I said and made it into the long, blunt nose he wanted. I even have a long nose, so if I had surgery elsewhere, it would have been fully possible to shorten it by resecting the nasal tip alar cartilage and septal cartilage, and for the bulbous nose, size correction would also have been possible by removing some subcutaneous fat from the nasal tip and part of the nasal tip cartilage, but here they said none of that could be done and only gathered and tied the nasal tip cartilage. The tying had abso~~lutely no effect, and if anything, it seems more blunt and fat "than before surgery." Especially from the side, it became a plump nose that looks like a round straw standing straight up. I paid as much as 8 million won, but after making such an ugly nasal tip, they won't even provide aftercare. Also, when I touch the nasal tip, I can feel something like a horizontal indentation inside the cartilage, but they won't provide aftercare for that either. It's just filthy expensive, and the nasal tip is completely ruined. I went because this place was supposedly some master hand of Apgujeong, the originator of the half-saddle nose, or whatever. The director also had tremendous self-pride and pride, but compared with that, the nasal tip is a complete disaster.
