<Before, bare face, horizontally flipped. The inner corner area of my left eye was very droopy, and the front part of the line was small, so it was heavily covered><Before, with makeup. Likewise, the inner corner area was heavily covered><One week after revision surgery><With makeup after 4 weeks><Around 4-5 weeks, about a month later, bare face, swelling, horizontally flipped. The swelling on the left side went down better, and the line also settled further inward. I was also putting strength into my eyes, so the line looks thin><With makeup on the same day as the photo above. The swelling on the left had definitely gone down more><Around 5 weeks, eyes open and closed. The original line had ptosis correction, so even when I closed my eyes, the line was slightly indented and showed clearly and deeply. When I opened my eyes, my eyes opened along the new line made with the buried-suture method>I had my first double-eyelid surgery in Busan at the end of December 2024 before going to university, and after 10 years, I went to Seoul for revision surgery. At first, I didn’t know anything and just went after vaguely hearing that some place was good, so I did whatever the director there told me to do, including incision and ptosis correction, and lived like that for 10 years. It did turn out fairly well and my eyes got bigger, but as time went on, the inner corner area drooped more, and I became bothered by how noticeable it looked when I closed my eyes. So after 10 years, I finally made up my mind to do it properly and went to Seoul..... I thought of this as my last surgery and searched a lot online, but once I actually started going around for consultations, it was so exhausting that I only went to 2 places.... At first, I saw a famous YouTuber get it done and the result looked so natural and good, so I was almost leaning toward that place. But then I saw a review, and a director who used to be there had moved to another place and was said to be very skilled. I looked at that hospital’s reviews and liked them so much that I eventually picked the second hospital. At the first place, they asked about options like buried-suture method or incision, and epicanthoplasty too, saying I could do it if I wanted and that I could choose. The consultation was done in a way where I was the one deciding. At the second place (where I had surgery), just like at the first place, I asked whether various things were possible and said I wanted to do them, but they firmly explained that for my current eyes, the best option was to slightly raise only the front part of the line with the buried-suture method. They explained one by one why epicanthoplasty wouldn’t work if I did it, and when I asked about ptosis correction because I wanted to raise my eyes more, they said my current state was already the best. That made me decide right away. In conclusion, the revision surgery was done with the buried-suture method. And compared with before, the line is less noticeable when I close my eyes. Only the front part of the line was corrected, and the director’s technique with the buried-suture method was so good that I had literally no bruising on the day of surgery, just a little swelling maybe? Most of the major swelling went down in about 3 days, and unless people stared really hard at my eyes, they couldn’t tell I had done it. The result was that natural. Now it doesn’t look obvious at all, and from my original eyes, it became a pretty line where the inner corner area shows hehe Good 0 Sympathy emoticon Translating Will you save this review? +1 This review is a surgery review that pursues natural beauty.
