My face is slim and on the long side, but the space between my eyes is narrow, so I wanted to do lateral canthoplasty for a more open look, but they said my orbital bone was small, so they couldn’t widen it much.. I got dual lateral and lower canthoplasty. There was conjunctival edema and some slight bruising, but once the stitches were removed, it could be covered with makeup, and I liked that I could return to daily life quickly. My satisfaction during the first 1-2 years after surgery was very high, but the widened area gradually started closing up.. so I’m considering revision surgery.. It is still more open than before surgery, but it definitely feels more closed in than it did at the 1-year mark, when it felt refreshingly open I also got forehead filler (domestic product) at the same time, and the filler procedure turned out quite well too. But that has also all sunken now
