I disliked the stepped look in particular, so I went to a hospital that makes custom implants by shaping the silicone exactly according to the CT scan, and they also said that in most cases like this, a custom implant is better, so I felt reassured… The good thing after surgery is that the side line really improved cleanly? The nasal tip that used to look depressed or stepped was corrected, and the nasal bridge became smoother. I’m satisfied.
