I had 3 types of facial contouring surgery haha The swelling is all gone now, and after surgery, to help reduce the swelling, I worked really hard on things like warm/cold compresses and taking walks lololol I think there’s quite a difference between paying attention to it and not paying attention I’d also heard that people who just stay at home don’t lose swelling very well Mine went down pretty quickly, and now I’m at a point where I don’t worry about swelling anymore I didn’t like that my face looked wide because my cheekbones and square jaw were both broad, but after facial contouring surgery, my face became so much slimmer and more refined that it even looks like I lost weight lol People around me also say I got much prettier and that I look like I lost weight >,< It was worth the money I know a lot of people worry before getting facial contouring, but once you actually do it, it’s honestly not that big of a deal Of course!! It’s right to research hospitals carefully before surgery, and safety is the most important thing I hope everyone chooses a hospital well and becomes prettier
