After the first surgery (septum, ear cartilage), I had tip ptosis and did a revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage one year later, and because inflammation occurred, I removed everything early after one week. Both hospitals were famous Gangnam premium hospitals with booked-out schedules, but in the first surgery there had been a mesh at the nasal tip without me knowing, and it was sagging due to inflammation. Even in the second surgery, although there was inflammation, the surgery was continued; when the inflammation worsened, they removed everything, and then I experienced severe contraction and lifting. I later learned cotton was left inside my nostril, which caused sinusitis and deformation of the nose shape ;;; So after 6 months, I checked reconstruction surgery, but I stayed in tears and pain after several hospitals said it could not be done yet. Before that, the gazes of people I had taken as normal became painful, and with lowered confidence I was almost only at home. After waiting another half year and after removal, surgery was done one year later, and the result was very successful. I met a truly excellent doctor. The surgery took eleven hours; with autologous costal cartilage, the nasal bridge and tip were fully reconstructed, and concern about side effects disappeared. People who see me now say the image changed so much they thought I was someone else, and they all tell me I look beautiful. Thank you so much. I, too, have lived in pain because of side effects. I understand the hearts of people who look for posts in this community because of side effects.. Looking in the mirror, I kept getting endlessly smaller. When I see my nose, I used to think, "I want to pull it off hard with my hand and get rid of it." Why did I touch it...? This self-blame is painful. But if you do not lose a positive mind after a little waiting, it will be a day when you can smile again. I had no intention of writing a review, but because there may be people searching with a heart like mine, I want to give them hope.
