Six years ago, I had three-part facial contouring surgery: cheekbone reduction, square jaw reduction, and T-osteotomy genioplasty.
At first, they explained that the bulging protrusion was swelling, and I thought it would go away with time…
But before my skin started sagging, it wasn’t bothersome enough to worry about that much. Now that sagging has occurred, it looks even more protruded,
and both sides of my chin tip look deeply indented, as if the soft tissue and bone were clamped together with a stapler.
Ha… I should never have done my chin tip… I regret it so much.
Among the photos, there is one where I pulled the skin with my hand before taking it, but I’m too afraid to even consider lifting because I worry that area may look more prominent..
Of course, it has also become worse as I gained a lot of weight, but the bulging protruding area under my chin feels hard.
I also tried lipolysis injections, but it didn’t go away.
Are there any cases similar to mine? If so, please let me know how you improved it.

I’m uploading additional photos.
Many people said it looked that way because of fat, so I added photos from when I weighed in the low 50 kg range.
