I had double-eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method in Cheonan 4 years ago. Even though I asked whether the eye fat needed to be removed, I was told it would be fine to just do it, so I went ahead and did it. But it ended up becoming almost an inner double eyelid, hidden by the fat so you can't see it. I guess I'll have to go for revision surgery much later... in Seoul....
