I had double eyelid surgery in my neighborhood around 5 years ago, when I was in high school. At the time, I had a partial-incision procedure and a medial epicanthoplasty where they opened it a little? The anesthesia was the most painful out of all the surgeries I’ve had so far ㅠㅠ I had it done while attending school, so back then I was so embarrassed because of the swelling, but thinking about it now, I feel like it was the best thing I’ve ever done lol It turned out so natural and pretty that people wouldn’t know unless I told them I had surgery. Before surgery, I got teased a lot for having small eyes, but after double eyelid surgery, I changed a lot compared to before... I kind of understood why people get plastic surgery.. But the plastic surgery clinic said at the time they would do laser scar injections, and I didn’t go, so I have a tiny bean-sized medial epicanthoplasty scar ㅜㅜ
