I'm going around to clinics for revision rhinoplasty. I've only been to one place so far, so I think I need to look around more.. At RU, I got an estimate for revision rhinoplasty + autologous costal cartilage + silicone + septal cartilage, and during recovery, I think I'll separately request and get a few more injections? I also asked about initially dicing costal cartilage for the nasal bridge and wrapping it with fascia, yeah. They didn't recommend it, saying the overall shape would probably look a bit better with silicone. Would a nasal bridge without an implant have been better? I'm a little conflicted.
