Since it’s revision surgery, I was drawn to materials said to have good durability and less inflammatory reaction. Looking at ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅊㅁ, ㄱㄴㅇㅅㅎ, and ㄷㄷㅇ, they seemed to use costal cartilage a lot. I thought about autologous costal cartilage too, but I really don’t want a scar, so I’m thinking of going with donated costal cartilage... Now that I’m trying to get revision rhinoplasty, there’s so much to think about, from the line to the material. At this rate, when am I ever going to consultations
매드인매드 I agree. I also had a lot of worries before nose surgery. Even if it’s a hidden area, I thought a scar would bother me, so I used donated costal cartilage at Gangnam ㅇㅅㅎ. The shape came out the way I wanted, and luckily there are no symptoms of contracture.
