Consultation-hopping review for rhinoplasty (please help me choose a clinic)

Highend: Both the consultant and the director were very kind When I asked questions on KakaoTalk, they answered well. They said my nose is short and too small, so for the nasal bridge we should correct the short nose and insert silicone, and for the nasal tip use only ear cartilage from both ears. The price was around the mid-4 millions Weverse: The consultant here was kind too. Overall, the surgical method was very similar to Highend, but here they said ear cartilage alone wouldn’t work and suggested using autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage. Since I had just been to Highend first, at first I was like, autologous costal cartilage? Huh? So I asked, and they said ear cartilage alone probably wouldn’t be enough. And the surgery cost here was quite expensive, twice as much as other places.. (probably because they calculated it with autologous costal cartilage) around 7 million?
