What do you think about raising the nasal tip with donor dermis instead of costal cartilage? Has anyone had dermis used at Zestar or Saegim? It seems like there are different types too, like AlloDerm or MegaDerm.. I’m curious whether it’s divided like using this in certain cases, or whether it’s just that each clinic uses a different company.. Anyway, only one type would be used for my nose, so if we assume I’m using artificial dermis, which one would be better?
