I had surgery in Busan 18 years ago with L-shaped silicone and AlloDerm for the nasal tip. At that time, nose surgery was not that common, so without any knowledge or information, I visited about four hospitals and among them chose the place that had many celebrity photos (taken with the director) and the highest surgical fee, and had the surgery there. The explanation was also very cursory, and they used so many words I didn't know that honestly, during the consultation I didn't know what was what. I remember they said at the time that AlloDerm was expensive and hard to obtain. Closed approach. Raise it as much as possible. Semi-beoseon shape. Sedation anesthesia. Anyway, I did it without knowing anything, and I had been living just fine without any side effects. But even though I had been fine for over ten years, starting about 4 years ago, sometimes the nasal bridge would swell and go down repeatedly several times. And the nasal bridge is also very red, and the nasal tip looks like it is about to break through. So now I am diligently looking into hospitals for revision surgery. Do implants have to be changed someday? I also wonder if I should just remove it It's frustrating
