Two years ago, I decided to get rhinoplasty and went for a consultation at the place where my older female relative had hers done.
There, the director said it would be a difficult surgery (as it turned out, my nasal septum was deviated, and I had a nose where I could not breathe at all through one side.) He said he would introduce me to a director more skilled than himself, and introduced me to another director.
So I went to the hospital he recommended, had a consultation, and booked a date right away. The director did not push cosmetic surgery at all, and instead, when I said I wanted to do more, he firmly said I should not. During the consultation, I completely trusted him, so I had surgery 2 weeks after the consultation.
Now I am completely satisfied! It was not made extremely high, so if you want a flashy look, you might not like it, but I wanted something subtle, as if I had it done but also not, so I am really satisfied!
