Revision Rhinoplasty with Donated Costal Cartilage.

7 years ago, I had my first surgery using ear cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge (Busan ㅎㄴ). Because of drooping, I had revision surgery for cosmetic purposes, and it has now been 5 days. I went to several other Busan clinics, including ㄷㅍㅇㅅ, and they said to use my remaining other earㅠ But when I had my first surgery, my ear became deformed, so I was really stressedㅠ The revision surgery clinic was with a director whom a close older friend had been introduced to through someone she knew a few years ago, and they said the surgery needed to use donated costal cartilage. They said my first surgery had been done without any support structure, and since it needed to be sturdy, I had surgery using donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip + my existing nasal cartilage. Maybe because the surgeon works quickly, there wasn’t much swelling after surgery. But after hearing about donated costal cartilage, I heard contracture and bending can happen somewhat, so I’m trembling with anxiety, though I guess that also depends on the caseㅠ
