Has anyone here had alar base reduction when getting bulbous nose revision surgery? I’m curious what kind of case it was.. I’m wondering if I should keep it in mind when going for consultations I’ll have to go for consultations to know whether my nose can be corrected with revision surgery alone... but considering the cost and whether there might be more added procedures... Looking at reviews, there seem to be quite a few cases where alar base reduction is done together. I’m looking at hospitals ㅈㅇㅌ, ㅂㄷㄴ, and ㅁㅂ
