Last August, after having hump correction + lateral nasal wall osteotomy + nasal tip surgery, the hump was still showing a little, so I had revision surgery this March. But a lot of blood pooled and I developed inflammation, so I am planning to have surgery to remove the nasal silicone within next week. First of all, I really liked the shape and thought everything was fine, but suddenly, inflammation happened to me,,, I am honestly so upset and depressed. I do not drink or smoke, so I really do not know why inflammation developed. For those who are scheduled for rhinoplasty or plan to have it in the future, I hope you look into it thoroughly before having rhinoplasty and make sure to manage aftercare strictly too
