쿼카판다 My concern about the height is exactly the same as yours I worried about it too and just put in a middle 3 mm But I’m thinking I wish it would get a bit lower, maybe because of the swelling or because of the overall impression.... Since you only know after it comes up, even if you think it through carefully yourself, the outcome can still be different, so I think it’s good to decide while being aware of that

닝게나 If you think your nose is a bit low and your skin is on the thicker side, raising it higher might be better for the shape too....
제발 I’ve seen a lot of people who pursued a natural look and had surgery like the first option, but it seriously didn’t show at all so they did it again... If your skin is on the thicker side, I definitely recommend the second option... You can do it the second way and strongly emphasize that you want it to come out natural. Surgery with only septal cartilage and no costal cartilage really gradually goes back to square one because it absorbs well
