The nose is really important. I had it done, but it turned out insanely long and big, so it was a total failure. Fortunately, I got inflammation, so I had it removed after one month.
The tie at the nasal tip remained, and it still stresses me out to this day.
If you’re going to get nose surgery, unless you have a bulbous nose, don’t tie the nasal tip. Revision surgery is hard too.
