I went around to as many as 9 clinics for revision eye surgery + my first nose surgery (thick nasal bridge and slightly bulbous nose)..... but now choosing is even harder lololol I previously wrote a consultation review about 6 places, so anyone who wants to refer to it, please do!! Since then, I went to 3 more places..... but my worries and concerns only grewㅜㅜㅜㅜ

The places I've consulted at so far are ㅇㅂㄹ, ㅇㅂㅅ, ㅈㅇㅌ, ㅎㅌ, ㅁㅇㄷ, ㄸㅋ, ㅂㅇㅂ, ㅇㄴㅂ, ㅈㅅㅌ, a total of these....... Among these, I'm currently torn between 4-5 places lolololol.....ㅜㅜㅜ

The common diagnoses so far are 2-3.5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction. Among them, ㄸㅋ said septal cartilage alone would be enough, and ㅈㅅㅌ said they only use ear cartilage... They said ear cartilage is actually the more difficult surgery.

And the differing point is osteotomy on both sides of the nasal bridge!! Out of the 9 places, 3 said I don't really need it / the other 6 said it would be better to do it. So I'm really worried about osteotomy.... Honestly, I've always thought my nasal bridge was thick, so I contour my nose like crazyㅜㅜ I thought of it as my own complex, so I naturally thought I should get osteotomy, but the places that said I don't need osteotomy concluded that if I raise it with silicone, it will be covered and won't stand out, and that based on my facial bone structure, not doing it would be better. But they weren't strongly against it, more like they just don't really recommend it? That kind of feeling......... (But I also wonder if that diagnosis came out because the filler I got 6 months ago makes it look a little higher; I did show them photos from before the filler)

To summarize the consultation details at the clinics I'm considering:

1. ㅇㅂㅅ / Director ㅅ Nose + osteotomy + columella + upturned nose + short nose correction = 3.3 million won / The director explains things in a calm, gentle style, but somehow... looked very tired, and I don't remember the consultation details much. But I don't really doubt the director's skills, and the reviews generally seem good.

2. ㅎㅌ / Director ㅎ Nasal bridge + nasal tip + columella lowering + nasolabial angle + hump + bulbous nose correction, 4.4 million won / I went trusting the director because they have quite a bit of experience, and the consultation was good too. At first, after the consultation, I thought I should do it here... but now I'm getting a bit farther from that ㅜ I occasionally saw posts about after-service or bad postsㅜ And I had lived my whole life not knowing I had a hump, but they said there is a slight one only on one side, so they suggested trimming it and putting in silicone.

3. ㅁㅇㄷ / Director ㅇ Silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + osteotomy = 4 million won This director is also famous, and during the consultation I developed a kind of trust? like they would do the surgery well. But I was disappointed because I didn't feel like they examined me in detail, and I had selected and shown them review photos that I thought were fairly naturally glamorous. They said they didn't really like them and would make it more natural than that, so I'm worried it won't show enough...

4. ㄸㅋ / Director ㄱ Nasal bridge + septal cartilage + bulbous nose correction = 3.19 million won First of all, I liked that the director's consultation was so kind, and they didn't recommend all sorts of things, only told me what was necessary. They said osteotomy is optional, but they don't really recommend it. This place also seems to have a natural style.

5. ㅂㅇㅂ / Director ㅇ Nasal bridge + nasal tip septal cartilage + ear cartilage + osteotomy + bulbous nose correction = 3.08 million won Maybe because it's a single-doctor clinic, they consulted in really great detail. It felt a bit like listening to a lecture lololol And they directly told me the size of my septal cartilage in numbers, explained how the axis is deviated, etc., and explained my overall condition in detail. And when I said I was worried about osteotomy, they said I don't need to be that scared and that they would shave it just slightly and tighten it? something like that.

6. ㅇㄴㅂ / Director ㅊ Nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip septal cartilage, ear cartilage + bulbous nose correction + nasolabial angle correction = 3.72 million won Among the places I consulted, I think this person is probably the oldest in terms of age. They also have that much experience. I was a bit surprised because they were kind and gentle, and they pointed out only exactly the necessary parts. They said I don't need osteotomy (the reason was the same as the clinics that said I don't need it). But the nuance was that since it bothers me in everyday life, and I might regret not having osteotomy after surgery, it might be better to do it?

I'm not the only one worrying this much, right....? lolololol It's really driving me crazy ㅜㅜㅜㅜ I want a naturally glamorous feel, and I hope it looks a bit slimmer and more dimensional from the front...... not too flashy ㄴㄴ If it were you everyone, where would you choose...? I really have severe decision paralysis, so this is so hard..
