Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Day 5 after silicone removal.

It’s day 5 since I had the silicone removed. (I only had silicone in the nasal bridge, had no inflammation or side effects, and removed it because I was bothered that the dorsum of my nose would sometimes turn red) There is still a little swelling_ They used local anesthesia during surgery, and wow, the local anesthesia injections stung so muchㅠㅠ I got about 6 shots and teared up a little... They said my eyes would swell a lot the next day, but they didn’t swell as much as I expected~ On day 3, I had disinfection and removal of blood inside the nose (?) After they did that, with almost no empty space left, it became very similar to my old nose, smoothly~~~ It felt awkward at first, but the natural look without that silicone chalk-like appearance is much better~ I only told my mom, older sister, younger sibling, and husband that I had it removed, and all four said there isn’t a big difference before and after. My brother-in-law, younger sister’s husband, niece/nephew, and aunt whom I met after a long time don’t know at all~ (Maybe because they didn’t look closely at my face) Will the nasal bridge become even lower over time? I’m not sure about that, but for now I’m satisfied. Tomorrow I’m going to get the stitches inside my nose removed, so I should ask how long the nose shape will keep changing~
