Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I had revision surgery with nose-tip mesh

I had my first surgery in January 2017 with silicone + septal cartilage + cartilage repositioning. My nasal bridge was originally completely flat, and my nose was short and severely upturned, so I was very stressed and eventually had surgery. I don’t know if the problem was that I kept cleaning inside my nose with cotton swabs, but I developed inflammation around the septal mucous membrane, had the inflammation drained, and then lived without any problems. Around August, when the subway suddenly stopped, someone staggered and hit my nose with their hand, and I took the hit straight on, so my nose tip folded... There was a crunching sound, but it didn’t hurt, and the other person quickly got off as soon as the doors opened. I was flustered, but since it didn’t hurt, I thought it was probably fine. When I got home and looked in the mirror, there was no redness or pain at all, but because I had a support strut, it shouldn’t move. When I held the area where the nose connects to the philtrum, it moved naturally, so I realized something was wrong and went to the hospital where I had the surgery. At that time, the hospital said it might reattach, but if it didn’t, I would need surgery. They told me to come to the hospital right away if it hurt. There were no problems until early February this year. Then while getting ready to go out, I touched my nose tip, and I didn’t know if it was a pimple or what, but the nose tip was a little red and I could feel something like bone. I got anxious and went to the hospital, and they said it was silicone protrusion. lol... They said that when it got hit, the tied cartilage came undone, and the silicone had been sliding down little by little so subtly that I couldn’t notice. They said if I didn’t have revision surgery, it would break through the skin, so I scheduled the revision for March 2 and had it done. Silicone for the nasal bridge, absorbable mesh for the support strut, and since there had been silicone protrusion, I added a little buttock dermis only to the nose tip for skin regeneration. The photos are ones I took at home after removing the splint on day 5, and photos of my original nose before doing anything at all lol Like 6
