First, I had the eye consultation. They recommended incisional ptosis correction and a forehead lift. They said if I don’t do a forehead lift, I can’t raise the line. If I only set the line high without a lift, because the distance between my eyebrows and eyes is close, they said my impression would look strong.! They recommend the lift, but the choice is mine. So I had the consultation based on making the line thin. Later, after leaving, I regretted not getting a quote for the lift too haha For the nose: silicone + autologous costal cartilage (if that’s not possible, donated costal cartilage) + bulbous nose correction + columella correction + osteotomy (optional) + alar base reduction (optional) They said my septal cartilage looked very small on CT, so they would take and use just a little bit, and if it’s insufficient, they may use ear cartilage too. An anesthesiologist is on site (Director Yoon’s father). They said another person would harvest the autologous costal cartilage (they said someone named Kim). After harvesting, Director Yoon would come in and perform the surgery. They said my nose is small, so they can’t raise it a lot. They touched and examined my nose from all angles lol When I said I hoped my nostrils wouldn’t show, they said they would match it as much as possible.. But they said it can’t be completely invisible, because then the nose wouldn’t be pretty. They said the height would be similar to now, going with 4 mm. Blood test fee 100,000 won The overall atmosphere was good. The consultant was also very kind and cool!! I loved that there was no pressure to pay a deposit! I saw a few people who had surgery... but they were wearing masks! And they said the cotton inside the nose is removed the next day (I like that). Swelling care and scar care service. I don’t know how many sessions... Probably 1 session? It was my first consultation, so I was nervous, and both doctors seemed busy, but they were kind. Clinic 2 - single director, consultation fee 10,000 won My reservation was at 2:30, but they said I could come early around 2, so I hung out at a nearby coffee shop and then rushed over. Right away, I had a CT scan and took photos, had a brief consultation with the consultant, then the director came in. They looked at my eyes first, and said I should do a forehead lift instead of double-eyelid surgery. I guess the issues with my eyes are common The consultation content was almost the same.
Moving on to the nose, they explained while drawing pictures. They said to lower the glabella area slightly and use autologous costal cartilage with ear cartilage. They said if only autologous costal cartilage is used, the nasal tip could become too pointy, so we decided to use silicone + autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage. Plus... short nose correction... cartilage binding. They said they don’t use septal cartilage. They said my nose stretches well, so a high and glamorous look is possible, but they recommended a natural look. Here, nasal cotton is removed on the 4th day. I forgot and didn’t ask about services I’m dumb They said if I have surgery later, I’ll get a chest X-ray (self-paid). After the director’s consultation ended, I consulted with the consultant, and they also checked possible surgery dates! When I said I still had consultations left at a few places, they said okay! Both hospitals were fine.. but I still have appointments left, so I’m putting it on hold! Since it was my first time, I’m not sure if I had a good consultation.... unclear.. I’ll talk with my husband this evening... ....but what would he know..ㅡㅡ;;
