Nose consultation review

I went to two places for consultations today, and wow.. the prices are all so shocking that I might give up on rhinoplasty For me, it’s bulbous nose + hump + deviated nose + drooping nose 1. ㅌㅇㄴ-ㅊㅎㅅ -CT yes, consultation fee 10,000 won -Gave good explanations -Said my septal cartilage is insufficient =>Recommended ear cartilage or donated rib cartilage. The director did recommend donated rib cartilage more -Ear cartilage + hump + bulbous nose correction + deviated nose correction = 4 million won (event price) -If using donated rib cartilage + silicone, 4.8 million won (event price) But I don’t want donated rib cartilage + silicone.. They said even if I use ear cartilage, they still have to draw from my septal cartilage too My septum is small though.. And somehow it felt like they weren’t recommending ear cartilage, so I’m a bit conflicted 2. ㄱㄱ-ㅎㄱㅇ -CT yes, consultation fee 10,000 won -Good explanation -Autologous costal cartilage + autologous dermis + hump + bulbous nose correction = 7.7 million won (original price) -Event price is 6.6 million.. -I liked the line here the most As expected, I think it’s expensive because it’s autologous costal cartilage, but they said ear cartilage won’t work and told me to do rib cartilage. My septal cartilage is on the smaller side.. They told me to choose between autologous costal cartilage/donated rib cartilage and silicone/autologous dermis, but I really, really have such a strong aversion to donated rib cartilage and silicone that if I do it, I want autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis, but the price is terrifying.. They said they would discount it much more if I made it fully public, but I didn’t like having my face exposed, so I refused Conclusion: Both were too expensive, so I came home holding back tears I’m going to ㅅㄱ tomorrow, and I hope it can be a bit cheaper with ear cartilage…^^
