Consultation reviews at 4 places for a low, small nose

I went around to 4 places for consultations First of all, I have a small, low nose..! 1 ㄴㄴ Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone, osteotomy They said I had enough septal cartilage compared with my small nose, so they didn’t recommend costal cartilage. They didn’t mention anything about the strength of my septal cartilage. It’s also a large clinic, and the consultation with the director was about 30 minutes? They explained things well, but the director didn’t have that many years of experience, so I had a lot to think about. 2 ㅁㅋ Autologous costal cartilage, columella lowering, silicone When I consulted with the manager, it felt like they were pushing autologous costal cartilage, and they said that if I wanted to finish it in one surgery, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. I said I wanted to avoid rib cartilage, and when I said other places told me the amount of septal cartilage was okay, the manager said the amount was okay. But still recommended autologous costal cartilage. When I consulted with the director, they said because my nose was low and small, I needed rib cartilage, and also said my septal cartilage was small.. At that point I was like, huh what is this.. but the consultation with the director was over in 3 minutes. Because the director had mentioned that my septal cartilage was small, the manager told me that on CT it doesn’t show very well, so maybe that’s why the director said it was small. (From this point I got really confused, like do I really need rib cartilage? It is a hospital that’s very famous for nose surgery, so... But rib cartilage + short consultation I passed. 3 ㅇㄴㅂ Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone (donated costal cartilage if septal cartilage strength is weak) The manager explained things well and explained while drawing on a pad. They also said I had septal cartilage compared with my nose, but said they wouldn’t know the strength of the septal cartilage until they opened it up. So they told me that if the septal cartilage had no strength during surgery, they would have to use donated costal cartilage. I’ve seen a lot of posts saying donated costal cartilage isn’t good, so I told them I wanted to avoid it and use septal cartilage as much as possible, and they said they would do their best if it was weak, but the line I want might not come out.. It was the first time I’d heard that, so I think it gave me a lot to think about. I want to use septal cartilage, but what if it has no strength and the result ends up looking like I did nothing.. those kinds of worries. 4 ㄷㄷㅇ Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, silicone (donated costal cartilage if septal cartilage is weak) During the consultation with the manager, they explained things well, and when I said this was my last consultation, they asked how the other places were. First of all, I waited 2 hours before meeting the director. I think I waited the longest here. When consulting with the director, they said the size of my septal cartilage was okay, but if the strength was weak, it couldn’t act as a support strut, and later it could bend or collapse. They said if they opened it and it was weak, they would need to use donated costal cartilage. They told me septal cartilage strength and size are all different for each person.. Since they said the exact same thing as the third hospital, I wondered if there’s no way to check what the strength is Here too, they said if I wanted to use septal cartilage as much as possible, it might not be possible to make it naturally glamorous. I asked, then how natural would it be? and they said nobody knows They said the only way to know how it will be is during surgery.. For a private clinic, the price was reasonable too, so I want to do it at the last one What I’m curious about is, when everyone else went there for consultation, were you also told that the amount of septal cartilage was okay, but depending on the strength, donated costal cartilage might be used?? I’m also curious what was actually used I really want to use septal cartilage and ear cartilage as much as possible, so I’m so torn Or on the other hand, if it was weak and you used donated costal cartilage.... I asked the manager at the last hospital, and they said most people used septal cartilage, but that it differs by person, so everyone please tell me..!
