When doing under-eye fat grafting, for hospitals that usually do it as 1st and 2nd sessions like that, is the method to inject it from the outer side of the eye, or do they inject it directly inside the conjunctiva when doing the surgery the first time? I’m curious. If they put it directly inside the conjunctiva, does that reduce side effects, or is fat grafting itself bad regardless?
