At Sinsa Exit 1 ㅎㄷ□, I had ptosis correction and buried-suture surgery, and ended up with uneven eyes and a keloid scar from the left medial epicanthoplasty. I also spent a huge amount of extra money at a dermatology clinic for scar treatments like Juvelook and so on. But the clinic kept gaslighting me, saying my eyes were fine and there was nothing to touch. They said even if all of their directors got involved, it couldn’t get better than this, so there was nothing they could do. They said these eyes were the best that clinic could do.. #To tell the story After surgery, the clinic also acknowledged the asymmetry and told me to come back for revision surgery, but I felt uneasy about getting it done again at the place that ruined it, and I had quit my job and made up my mind to get ptosis correction and medial epicanthoplasty, yet they turned out uneven But going to another clinic was burdensome because it would count as surgery +1 and the first digit of the price would change. Eventually I went back after a few months, and in less than 6 months, the managers in charge had changed 3 times and they said all of them had quit.. That also felt off (if it feels off, filter it out). At that time, they didn’t set a separate revision period and I only received a firm answer from the clinic that they would do revision surgery if I came back, but when I contacted them again, the doctor who had been in charge had also quit.. (Is this a clinic specializing in resignations? second red flag) The chief director said to pay again and get it done from scratch, but there wouldn’t be any difference from now (then why would I pay that money?) and said only incisional surgery was possible, you hate scar tissue, right? so basically just live with it. The important thing is, who likes scar tissue.. It was like they were telling me to go to another clinic that does buried sutures. They caused the problem but wouldn’t take responsibility for the result. The shamelessness was something I had never seen before. I felt like because people bring piles of money and treat doctors like gods, they really abuse their power like crazy.. And I can see why. While waiting, I saw a lot of foreigners, as if foreign customers are keeping the clinic alive. People say to filter out clinics with lots of foreigners.. Even before that, I saw people in Kakao reviews and plastic surgery cafes saying the chief director made their eyes uneven and ruined them.. I tried to comfort myself by thinking that when the number of surgeries is high, the chance of a mistake also goes up (I had already decided to get revision surgery there, so I lost objectivity and ran a positivity circuit). While digging through reviews, I saw another uneven-eyes review, so I gathered reviews through DMs and private messages, and it was a complete no-go (third red flag; my ancestors were helping me here). Since it depends on the person and I had already booked the consultation, I thought I’d go, but as expected. After the consultation, I was certain. Avoid. They said my eyes could only be done by incision (3+ other clinics said buried sutures were possible), and because I hate scar tissue, they wouldn’t do it. (The director had already decided the answer and then consulted.) Buried sutures can’t be done on your eyes, what you want can’t be done either, I just won’t do it. It was a consultation under 5 minutes, basically telling me to leave because surgeries were backed up. What was he doing before coming in that he was in such a rush, when I waited 1 hour. He said he has specialized in eyes for over 15 years (I didn’t ask). He just seems like an old stagnant know-it-all. Maybe he no longer researches or develops; he couldn’t even understand what I was saying. The important thing is, I went because of the clinic’s name value, but because there was nothing they could do and I wouldn’t leave, he yelled and told me to go find the director who had quit (they didn’t even tell me where, and I understand why there are so many resignations). I felt bad for the foreigners waiting. I went because the money felt wasted, but now I’d rather spend twice as much and avoid it (no revision compensation from the existing clinic, and I have to pay surgery fees again at a new clinic). I took into account what people who wrote reviews and gave advice said, and after personally experiencing whether it was poop or fermented soybean paste, I figured it out.
갯민숭달팽이 So what are the initials of the director who quit..? If it’s for the public interest, please tell us
디디디리 I dug through private messages and reviews, and among the uneven-eyes reviews, a lot were by the chief director. If it fails because he can only do incisions, double-eyelid surgery would be even more hopeless, so I told the manager too that I saw the reviews and would absolutely not do it with the chief director. The doctor who quit communicated well, so slight correction might have been possible, but since he quit, I don’t know. That clinic is blacklisted top-tier for me, so I blocked it.. I need to go around to other eye-specialized clinics.
