Yesterday I went to 3 places for nose consultations, and if all 3 recommended donated costal cartilage, I guess I should go with donated costal cartilage, right?? They said my septal cartilage is better than most people's, but it might still not be usable. Since it's my first surgery, using rib cartilage feels kind of burdensome too Is everyone here who has used donated costal cartilage satisfied?
