Eye Re-Surgery

Is under-eye fat repositioning right for this kind of case?

My skin is thin and my anterior cheekbones look sunken, so I’m guessing my under-eye area may be hollow rather than having excess fat 1. When I look at myself reflected in an elevator mirror or in the glass while waiting in the subway, I can see whether the area under my eyes is hollow or whether the fat is protruding +When I take sticker photos shot from above, the under-eye fat area shows haha (What’s interesting is that it doesn’t stand out under normal everyday lighting) 2. It doesn’t show under normal lighting, and when I smile, it forms two layers together with the aegyo-sal under-eye roll Is there anyone like me? I studied and understand the difference between under-eye fat repositioning and under-eye fat removal... If it’s under-eye hollowing, can it be fixed with fat repositioning?
