Review after 1 year and 6 months with autologous dermis

A year and a half ago, I had surgery at ㅂㄴ using autologous dermis for both the nasal tip and nasal bridge. My original nose had a bit of a hump, was very low, had a round nasal tip, and almost no bridge between the eyebrows. Because my skin was extremely thin, if I had silicone surgery, it seemed obvious the implant would show through the skin, so while looking for a more natural surgery, I ended up doing this. From the start, I didn’t have big expectations for nose height or shape, and since my nose was originally very low, I did it with the mindset that I’d be happy if it just became an average-height nose, so I’m satisfied now. Since my first surgery was with dermis, I don’t know what silicone feels like, but there is nothing uncomfortable at all and nothing that makes me anxious. I think that’s the biggest advantage. As for a downside, you can’t reconstruct? the underlying base of the nose. I originally had a bit of a hump and a round nasal tip, and right after surgery it was in an overcorrected state, so the nose shape looked a bit different. But now, after a year and a half, the shape is almost similar to my original nose, though the height has increased a bit. My underlying nose base wasn’t that good, so that’s why, but at the time I had surgery, people whose noses were originally straight and only low in height seemed to stay highly satisfied even as time passed. The buttock scar is exactly covered when wearing underwear, and the scar is clearly visible. I recommend it to people whose original nose shape is not bad and who just want a bit more height. I think it’s not the right surgery for people who want a sharp, sophisticated impression like silicone gives, or who want to change the shape a lot.
