Right now, my nose isn’t the type where the nostrils show a lot But one side looks pinched.. (left side in the photo) My nasal tip is very droopy, so I’m going to have it lifted, but they said that would make the pinched nostril look even more noticeable, so if I don’t like that, they recommended nostril lowering.. My nose is already on the bulky side They said it’s because the skin on my nasal wings is thick, so alar reduction wouldn’t help either I’m worried because they say if I do nostril lowering, my nose will look even blunter and bulkier If you guys were getting revision rhinoplasty on a nose like mine, do you think you’d do nostril lowering..?
리린리 That level of asymmetry seems fine though? Your nose is so pretty! I think there’s a bigger risk of it going wrong if you touch it unnecessarily
