Until now, I had somehow covered it with makeup, but honestly, I think the nose is something makeup cannot cover per~fectly.. Even if the eyes can be covered to some extent with back-canthus makeup or eyelash makeup, the nose is really.. lol Since all you can do is shading and highlighter, unless you are pretty good at makeup, it can end up just looking like caked-on shading, to the point that not doing it may be better.. So I ended up getting rhinoplasty. Consultation: Like other people, I also first went around for consultations after reading reviews. But I feel like six out of ten places would just look only at the nose and give a rough consultation like, “This is how the surgery should be done ㅡ.ㅡ”.. Even among the places that were not like that, I had gone for a nose consultation, but some would tell me to try forehead fat grafting, or ask how about doing my eyes together too.. There were so many clinics full of things I did not like; Because of this, I got so disillusioned that I almost gave up on rhinoplasty.. lol But I do think the right clinic eventually appears. As I kept going around for consultations without giving up, this clinic, from the very beginning when they planned the design, as I wrote in the title, did not design by looking only at the >nose<, but considered the overall >facial proportions<.. It was so fascinating. I came for rhinoplasty, so why look at facial proportions? When I asked the director, they said that because I have a short nose and my nasal tip is on the blunt side, if they just looked at that one thing and raised the nasal tip, my balance would become even more off than now…;; The director said they do think the nasal bridge and nasal tip shape are important, but the facial proportions and nose design have to match well for the balance to look good, so this is also very important. I felt this consultation was really good. So after the consultation, I searched through every surgery review from this clinic, and on the day of surgery I captured a few more review photos of the nose design I wanted and showed them, discussing the design with the director until the very end before going in.. I had an intense will to succeed lol After surgery: Honestly, this is basically why I wrote the review.. No matter how good the consultation is, if the surgical result is bad, you can only be disappointed, right? That was not the case for me.. It came out exactly like the design I had discussed with the director I was really amazed and impressed.. When the splint was removed, even though there was swelling, I liked it. My nasal tip became slimmer, and my nose, which had only been short, was nicely lengthened, so it looked pretty.. From then on, another barrage of questions lol I asked the director, “How much more swelling will go down from here?? Until when will it go down?? The nasal tip will not drop, right??” The director explained everything well without showing any sign of being annoyed. Thinking about it now, I feel a bit sorry because I think I bothered them too much lolololol Conclusion: I think plastic surgery can truly be considered successful only when my own satisfaction is high.. That is why I re~ally like it, and I feel like bowing to the director in every direction. No matter how much I think about it, I feel like the director designing it while considering even my facial proportions was the key move.
